Ready in 10 min recipe. Serves 10


  • 300 grams oats.
  • 150 grams shredded coconut.
  • 200 grams of mix nuts and fruits of your choice.
  • 1 liter of oat/almond/hemp or cashew milk.
  • 150 -250 ml of maple syrup (depending on how sweet you want it.)
  • 3 tablespoons Cinnamon
  • Optional extras… 
  • Basically, anything you like. Chia seeds, different berries, hemp seeds, dark chocolate. You name it if it tastes good, it works.

Instructions, (so easy it’s embarrassing..)

  • Put oats in a large bowl and add milk. Allow the oats to soak up all the milk. (at least 10mins)
  • Mix all the other ingredients in.
  • Eat, can add extra milk and fresh berries right before eating.
